Company Introduction

3S Tech is a technology-oriented company founded by Pyung Choi Ph. D, professor of Audio Lab at Kyungbook University. 3S Tech's main focuses are surround sound and digital amplifier technology.

3S Around Sound is registered as an international patent. This unique algorithm makes powerful virtual surround sound from a mono or stereo sound source with only two speakers. The chip(ex. 3S MS210M : Power Amp. + 3S Effect) can be used in any mobile multimedia device like cellular phone, MP3, PMP, Game Device, Notebook PC, PDA, 3D Speaker, etc. Our HIC (3S-AS12: 3S Effect) can be added to various amplifiers like Karaoke systems, car amps., TV etc. We also offer an S/W version of 3S Around Sound for DSP based digital systems. 3S Tech work in cooperation with SAMSUNG and LG and our products are exported to the US, JAPAN and TAIWAN.

Another main focus is the development of digital amplifier technology. We produce a highly advanced Class-D type amplifier. Our new algorithm gives more powerful amplification. While Class-AB type amplifier has 50% efficiency, 3S Digital amplifier has over 90%. We are developing systems for customers who want a high efficiency amplifier, and we offer a digital amp. module (ex, DWM0608 ~ DWM3640) for digital amp. systems mainly used for car audio.
